How long will it take to receive my order?

I ship once a week every Monday. All orders are packed and assembled by me, so your patience is greatly appreciated. All orders are shipped from Burbank CA, and sent via USPS ground advantage, please allow 3-10 days for arrival. 

What is your return and exchange policy?

Please contact me through the contact form, under the contact tab. If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect. I am happy to fix any problems I can. Please be sure to include your first/last name along with your order number. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns, because I can't afford to.

Can I have a refund if I input the wrong address?

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns nor can I accept the responsibility for the input of a wrong address. HOWEVER, if you realize this please email asap at hello.laineyru@gmail.com and I will do my best to rectify the situation. But, if your order has already shipped it's too late to change your address.
